Rome Country Club is excited to announce the expansion of its current high-end housing development around our championship golf course. The existing five homes will see an additional twenty-five lots over the next ten years in a two phase plan. Phase One will travel up hole #17 and #14 and will offer thirteen lots. Each lot will be a minimum of one full acre with some of the larger house lots over two acres in size. The current project is about halfway through the Rome City Planning Board requirements. The zoning changes and the Preliminary Plan have been secured thus far. The Second and Final Phases should be approved by the first week of June. Fittingly, the August at Rome Country Club expansion anticipates its first new house in the month of August.
